Another Day of Gardening

Today was another day of gardening. With Mom's help I planted the Love-in-a-Mist, Lupines, and Cleomes. Dad mowed the lawn and Mom cleared the area under the huge honeysuckle, making a better spot for my statue of St. Francis. I did some weeding-the area under the new mock orange is horrible. We found more poison ivy, so I'm going to get a specialty killer. I also need fertilizer. Then I need to spray the fruit trees and shrubs, deadhead the lilacs, water everything . . . But not today, well, I will do some watering. However, I am going to move some of the Cosmos tonight. They self seeded and I'm going to give some to a friend tomorrow. I'd better go while there's still light!
