People of a certain age who grew up in Western New York may remember the children's TV show Rocketship 7. Here I am in 1973 with the host of the show. What I did not know, until last week, is the full name of the host, Dave Thomas. He is Dave Thomas Boreanaz. Yes, this is a picture of me and the dad of David Boreanaz. I knew David was born in Buffalo, but I didn't realize we had any connection. In case you're wondering, in 1973 I was 5 and David Boreanaz was 4 years old, I don't think I ever met him, but I have this great picture (autographed on the back) with his dad.
