Movies

There are some movies that I can watch over and over and over again and still enjoy them. These aren't even my favorite movies. They generally don't make me think too much, yet keep me entertained. I don't know what it is about them, but they are always a pleasant diversion. So what are these continually enjoyable films? In no particular order, they are: My Big Fat Greek Wedding, The Birdcage, Twister, Dante's Peak, and A Christmas Story. I could watch each one and see it again the very next night. Heck, it could end and I could watch it over again right then! There are a few others I enjoy repeatedly, but these are the main ones. Do you have similar movies? What are they?

My favorites that I can watch over and over are Seven Brides for Seven Brothers and anything with Adam Sandler. Likewise, there are some movies that I absolutely cannot stand to even hear - Judge Dred being one of them.

I've only seen three of the ones you've listed, and I could watch two of those repeatedly, but my favorites are Creator, Princess Bride, Labyrinth, Serenity and Evil Dead.

I have no style.

League Of Their Own, Mommie Dearest and any of the Die Hard films. If I'm flipping and come across one of those, I stop and settle in for pure enjoyment

Vinnie-I love the original Die Hard, Hans can take me hostage anytime. I love Alan Rickman!

pj e-You've got me curious. I'm guessing the 2 of mine you could repeatedly watch are A Christmas Story and The Birdcage with the third being Twister.

steph-I love musicals too. One I can watch repeatedly is the original Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory...oh and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum.

Yes on the Birdcage, and the other is MBFGW. I have a thing for John Corbett ;)
