Corned Beef

The house smells lovely, I'm cooking my corned beef. The plan was to cook it today, have some before work, and then, of course, have it tomorrow. Unfortunately, I didn't get myself out of bed quite early enough-so the beef will be done right before I have to leave for work. I'll even have to put it into the fridge while it's hot! Hopefully, it'll be done. That's the problem with things that have to cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours...and have to come to a boil before that!
