Migraines

Migraines suck. I'll never forget the first one I had. I was in class-the first semester of graduate school. I couldn't fathom the pain. My migraines generally last 3 days. I don't see auras, but I have increased sensitivity to noise and especially light. I'm generally nauseous. And then there's the pain. Still, I don't have it near as bad as others. Only once have I had to confine myself to bed. They've gotten better-the prescription medication helps a lot, as does pop and chocolate. I'll probably take another pill before work. I have some days off-so I'd better be able to enjoy them!
