First of the Month

It's another first of the month. September...autumn is coming, and coming quickly. It works for me as fall is my favorite season. Still, time is passing quickly. I'm trying to clean in preparation for the appraiser. He called today and set the appointment for Monday. I wasn't thinking (he woke me up, of course) and after I hung up I realized that Monday is Labor Day. It makes no difference to me, but he may want to reschedule. My mortgage agent says she won't her from the underwriter for about 2 weeks. So things are coming along.
