Onion Festival

Today I met my parents at the Elba Onion Festival. It was well organized, they've been doing it since 1937 so I guess they have it down pat! There were lots of good things to eat, but other than that all it really had was a large midway. I don't do rides and the games were all the carnival look like they're rigged sort, so that was it. Still I had some great home made onion soup, onion rings, onion petals, a loganberry drink and a beer!
