She did it!

For the past few weeks I've been looking for my nail clippers. I use them to trim Calumet's nails. I've been wanting...make that needing... to trim hers for a while now. They are needle sharp and she still likes to hold on to me. I also need them to trim a hangnail of my own. As I said, I can't find them! Mom said that Callie probably hid them. Last night Callie climbed on my lap and I decided to check her nails-even knowing I couldn't do anything about them without the clippers. Calumet let me look at every nail without even squirming. (She shrieks and writhes when I cut her nails and makes Barrett come running to check that she's OK.) That was the proof I needed. She let me look because she knew I didn't have the clippers. She DID hide them!
