Glasses

Here's a little more information regarding my tagged challenge of writing 10 things about me. I wrote that I've been wearing glasses since the first grade. Here's the longer version:

When I started the 1st Grade I wasn't doing too well in school. My parents were concerned that I was stupid. Sr. Patricia, my teacher, asked them if they'd had my eyes checked. D'oh. I wasn't stupid, just blind as a bat! I went on to graduate high school in the top percentage of my class, graduate college summa cum laude with departmental honors, and finish my master's degree with a 4.0. No, not stupid.
